Graduated from North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1986 and completed a Master of Science degree as well as a certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Pediatric Dentistry at The Ohio State University in 1988. An adjunct professor for the UNC School of Dentistry, Department of Pediatric Dentistry and also actively lecture at many regional and national societies and organizations. Currently a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Interests include promoting healthy lifestyles for children and their families, providing access to dental care for children, numerous outdoor activities such as skiing and cycling, and spending time with my daughter.
